In this short how-to guide, I will show you how to schedule and snooze your emails in New Outlook, enabling you to manage your communications more efficiently and stay on top of your tasks.

Schedule Your Emails

Scheduling emails in New Outlook lets you write an email now and have it sent later at a specific time. It’s really useful for making sure your emails arrive at the right moment, whether you’re dealing with different time zones or planning ahead.

Here is a short step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1.Open “New” Outlook

Open Outlook (New)
Open Outlook (New)

2.Start new email or open your draft email

3. Select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send

Choose 'Schedule Send' from the drop down
Choose ‘Schedule Send’ from the drop down

4.Schedule your sending

Choose the time you want the message to be sent
Choose the time you want the message to be sent from the options

Or try Custom Time:

Choose a custom time to send
Choose a custom time to send

5.Select Send

Snooze Your Emails

Snoozing emails is a convenient feature that allows you to temporarily remove an email from your inbox and have it reappear at a later, specified time. It’s a helpful tool for managing your email flow and prioritising tasks.

To snooze an email:

1.Open “New” Outlook

2.Choose an email by clicking on it to select it

3.Select “clock” icon from top Outlook ribbon bar

Select the Clock icon from the options

4.Select “Choose a date”

5.Choose a date and click Save

6.You can find your email at “Snoozed” Folder, and it will be moved to your Inbox at the time you scheduled
