How To Open Another Mailbox in Office 365 Webmail

If you have access to multiple mailboxes, and you’re used to using Outlook where you can see them all together, it’s not immediately obvious how to see them all when using Outlook on the web. But, it’s easy!

First, go to http://mail.office365.com and sign in

Click on your avatar in the top right hand corner, and choose Open Another Mailbox

Type the name of the mailbox into the new window

The mailbox will open in a new browser tab
