AI tools are transforming how people approach their work, but online ‘free’ tools such as ChatGPT are not secure for businesses to use, and you should never enter any confidential or personal information into free online AI Services. This information can be used to train the AI and make it available to other users, and may constitute a data breach.

But, there is a safe and powerful alternative. Copilot for Microsoft 365 is an add-on license for your M365 account which is embedded into your Office apps and online experience.

Use Copilot in Word to generate or re-factor documents, summarise text or Teams meetings, in Excel to evaluate data without having to learn complex formulas, or in PowerPoint to generate presentations based on a proposal document.
